Expectations
Technically strong in refinery/petrochemical processes, heat transfer and fired equipment fundamentals are prime requirement. Our work scope needs expertise in various fields like process, thermal, mechanical, structural, civil, electrical, instrumentation & control, project & cost management, installation-supervision, inspection, start-up assistance, technical write-up etc. Hence relevant engineering background and work experience are essential.
Some desirable qualities of prospective individual are innovative mind set, systematic approach of analyzing problems, ease in use of technological tools, sharp in troubleshooting skills, quick learner, never give up to failures mentality, sincere in work ethics, efficient in time management, effective in cost management, self motivated, team player etc.
You should have legal authorization to work in USA and will be subjected to e-verify process, as per government regulations.
